Cancellation & Refund Policy

With effect from April 2025, At BDS Ayurveda, your health, satisfaction, and trust are our priorities. Below are the terms related to cancellation, returns, and refund eligibility.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • After Dispatch:
     Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

🚫 General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (Ayurvedic consumables), we do not accept returns unless:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging

 

3. 15-Day Result-Based Refund Guarantee (For Fat Burner & Liver Products Only)

We offer a 100% refund if no visible improvement is observed after 15 days, provided the following conditions are met:

✔ Refund Conditions:

  1. Product & Plan Compliance:
    • The user must follow the given diet plan strictly, provided along with the medicine.
    • The user must consume the medicine as per instructions, without missing days.
  2. Proof Submission:
    • Share daily progress updates/photos as requested by our support team.
    • Provide before-after images and feedback on day 1 and day 15.
  3. Request Timing:
    • The refund request must be made after 15 days but within 18 days of delivery.
  4. Return of Product (If Applicable):
    • Remaining/unused portion of the medicine must be sent back (if asked) before refund is processed.

 

❌ Refund Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Diet plan was not followed
  • Medicines were taken inconsistently
  • False or incomplete information is shared
  • Request is made after 18 days of delivery

 

🔄 4. Refund Process

  • Once eligibility is verified, refund is processed within 5–7 working days
  • Mode: Refund will be made to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds
