With effect from April 2025, At BDS Ayurveda, At BDS Ayurveda, we ensure that your health and wellness products reach you safely, on time, and in the best condition. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

🗺 1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Note: Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. We will contact you if there is any issue delivering to your location.

🕒 2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message after placing the order.
Once processed, the package is handed over to our trusted courier partners.

🚚 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💸 4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply (if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout)

📦 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our support team

❌ 6. Missed Deliveries or Address Issues

If the delivery is missed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will attempt redelivery once.
If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.

🧴 7. Packaging

We ensure secure and hygienic packaging for all our Ayurvedic products. Every order is carefully packed to avoid leakage, damage, or tampering during transit.
